A few quick pointers so we can help faster:
- Order questions — include your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Custom pieces — tell us the item, your measurements, and any colors or styles you have in mind, and we'll take it from there.
- Damaged or incorrect items — email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging (see our Shipping & Returns page).
- Trade & Wholesale — designers and retailers can apply through our Trade Program and Wholesale pages, or email us to start the conversation.
